Firstly loved the fact that I could communicate so easily, loved the support team so much!!!!! I got my order on the day I requested to receive, couldn’t be more happier. Secondly the dress of course, loved how it felt on my skin and the pattern. Was expecting red to be more on the maroon side though like in the picture. But totally loved the experience! Hi! I just wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent order.
Firstly, I absolutely loved the dress it’s beautiful, the material is great, and the fit is perfect. It was actually meant to be my birthday dress, and overall I’m really happy with the product.
However, I do have one genuine suggestion. It would be really helpful if the dress could be packed inside a protective layer like a polythene cover before being placed in the outer packaging. When I opened the package, I wasn’t aware that the dress was directly inside, and while cutting it open with scissors, a small part of the dress got cut as well.
It’s not completely ruined, but it was a bit disappointing since it could have led to more significant damage. I feel this small change in packaging could really help avoid such situations for customers in the future.
Apart from this, everything else about the dress is perfect. Just wanted to share this as a helpful suggestion!

I have issue with color (red) of the product. It looks little cheap but the fit is absolutely wonderful. So if you are planning to buy, go for it, but in different color
