Shipping policy

Prepaid orders
Shipping for prepaid orders is free.

COD orders
An extra charge of INR100 (non-refundable) is levied on COD orders to account for the additional cost of cash collection.

Standard shipping
All orders are shipped using standard surface shipping. Orders are usually delivered between 4-10 days of placing the order.

Exchange
The entire exchange process from pickup to delivery of the new item can take upto 12 business days.
