What is the estimated delivery time?

  • The estimated delivery time is around 4-12 business days. However, it may vary depending on the city. 


What payment options are available at your store?

  • We accept both online as well as cash on delivery payments. However, COD payments will be charged with an additional INR 50 for shipping. 


Do I need to create an account to place an order? 

  • No, it's not necessary .We do provide guest checkouts, however in that case, you won't be able to login and view your order history once you leave the page.


Till when can I cancel my order? 

  • Once the order has been placed, we provide a 24 hour window for order cancellation. 


How can I track my order? 

  • Once the order has been shipped, the tracking ID will be sent on the provided email ID/ phone number via the delivery partners.


I have placed an order but haven't received the order confirmation yet. What should I do? 

  • Don't panic! You might want to check your promotional inbox section for the confirmation email.

What are the shipping charges? 

  • We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders, however an additional amount of INR 50 will be charged for COD orders. 


Do you take COD orders?

  • Yes, we do accept COD orders but, we urge all our customers to place pre-paid orders since pre-paid orders have a higher delivery rate.

Is size customization available?

  • Yes, we do provide size and length customization. You can mention the customization details in the 'instructions box' while placing your order. However, please note that customized items are not available for exchange.
