What payment options are available at your store?
- We accept both online as well as cash on delivery payments. However, COD payments will be charged with an additional INR 50 for shipping.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
- No, it's not necessary .We do provide guest checkouts, however in that case, you won't be able to login and view your order history once you leave the page.
Till when can I cancel my order?
- Once the order has been placed, we provide a 24 hour window for order cancellation.

- Once the order has been shipped, the tracking ID will be sent on the provided email ID/ phone number via the delivery partners.

Is size customization available?
- Yes, we do provide size and length customization. You can mention the customization details in the 'instructions box' while placing your order. However, please note that customized items are not available for exchange.
