I got this top on clearance and was aware it couldn’t be returned but only exchanged for size concerns. I wanted to place an exchange request as the size was not a true fit. Since I could not place an exchange request through the website, I tried reaching the support staff and they told me I should try after a day or so since the delivery status might not be updated. When I tried the next day, same story, no option on the website to place an exchange request. Tried contacting the customer care but they were of no help at all. It’s been a bad experience for me, would not recommend buying from Lazo store.
