Exchange and Return Policy

  • You can raise an exchange or return request within 7 days of delivery of the product.
  • All the tags should be intact, the product must not be damaged or used.
  • Lazo reserves the right to rejected any exchange or return request based on the policy

Exclusions

  • Discounted or sale products can only be exchanged for the same product in a different size as per availability.
  • Discounted or sale products cannot be returned under any scenario.
  • Accessories or customised products cannot be exchanged or returned.
